TCO Development advances sustainable IT. We are most known for TCO Certified, our international sustainability certification for IT products. TCO Certified includes critiera that production, use and recycling of IT products are based on environmental and social responsibility. The purpose is to make it easier for organizations to ask for sustainability aspects when they buy IT products, and for manufacturers to meet the demands of the purchasers. At the same time TCO Certified makes it easier for to differentiate the IT products which meet the sustainability demands of today and tomorrow.

TCO Certified combines criteria for social responsibility at the facilities where the product is manufactured, user safety and ergonomic design as well minimal environmental impact for both the product and its production during the whole life cycle. The wide range of environmental and social criteria makes TCO Certified unique.
